We all agree that Friday's are just down right good, right?  But Friday on Memorial Weekend is always stellar.  It's the gateway weekend to school almost being out, vacations, and for some,  it's moving time!  Let's just hope that we're in that equation:).

We're working on a verbal offer on our home and have had two other interested parties, so we're hopeful.  All in the last week too.....but this ain't our first rodeo on selling a house, if ya know what I mean?  Nothing is final til we see a good contract in writing!
